Empty words on empty paper,
empty thoughts upon my mind.
Empty hearts in empty people,
inner beauty's hard to find.
Empty shadows on empty walls,
Dreams concocted in the night.
Empty time for empty actions,
lost with rise of morning light.
Empty past and empty future,
can I make it one more day?
Empty life with empty purpose,
my empty heart will find a way.
