Tiptoes And Butterflies MAG

By Anonymous

   reaching

roundly for right words;

warming, waiting: when to

wonder, what to

want. searching, sounding,

sighing guesses. smiles and whispers,

watching sideways, stolen wishes winging

home, hating hesitation.

held and holding, hands heat answers.

shuffling, sulking, wild and withering,

whose heart holds the hollowest hushes,

hammers the holiest hurting?

But before the balance betrays boldness,

something bends into

breaking, pouring, dancing, filling,

taking, burning, joining, spilling;

arms reaching, framing,

enclosing and claiming. tiptoes and

butterflies, lips

tingle hello with impudence.

i loved your word choice and the alliteration. your line breaks and puntucation were also very good.  it flowed so well and the extra space before the single line at the end was a nice touch. good job!
