Grey Dove Karma This work has been published in the Teen Ink monthly print magazine.

By
   A lost grey dove

Meanders in a hallway.

Wondering,

Where is my home?

He opens one door.

Whispers say he is

Half black ...

The door slams shut!

He shuffles to the next door.

Whispers say he is

Half white ...

The door slams shut!

No more doors.

Enraged, he builds

His own room

Without doors.

He forgives the white,

He forgives the black,

and invites both to enter.
