Those blazing days of summers,
And the days we lied under the sun,
Walking through the fresh woods
And swimming in the icy lakes just for fun.

Riding our bikes on the rocky path.
And strolling along the wooden pier.
Candy Floss stuck on your hands
All these things we do every year.

Now sitting in a crowded classroom,
And doing boring homework for hours on end,
Waking up early just to have a wash,
Trying to have fun when you’re not with your friends

All these boring days,
Dragging on forever,
Really makes you think
I can’t wait for those blazing days of summer.
