“When Words Betray You” by Sarah Bryant really grabbed my attention towards the feeling understanding. This poem, as short as it is, really got me thinking about the untruthful promises that are always there whether it in the process or the past memories. Lies and betrayal especially coming from some one you really trust will always be there, dwelling over you.
That is what this poem brought to my attention, it is not who you believe in, it’s what you believe in. And it’s up to you to classify the lies and truths and know the difference between them.
