As she left,
the green world, halted
Remembering what was done -
Blue water froze -
All living things stood still -
Just to watch
her leaving.
When she was gone,
The green world grieved -
Birds no longer spread joy -
Their heads buried in their red wings,
like a curtain closing,
like a door closing,
Forever.
