Stoopid Flannels This work has been published in the Teen Ink monthly print magazine.

By
   I touch the soft shirt made of green, white

and maroon memories with bits of black paint

and some old stain.

Its soft interior and frayed edges

rest on my cheek as the smell of your

body fills my lungs reminding me of that

life I once knew ... that happiness that I

once cared for.

I hope the garbagemen enjoy

it as much as you did - Jerk.
