Malevolent being, in mine hand,
A stark approaching scathes mine ear,
Turning, shocked, taking no stand.

Little tokens break my fear
As conclaves crack further,
The mark of a single tear.

Sagittarian cancers murder
Soft, unspoken, secret whispers,
Unbothered by a present murmur.

Apparent sloth, though very grand,
Takes his hook to make it clear;
Searing flesh and bone, the burner
Through the surface of these blisters.
