It’s painful,
High heels,
So painful,
But we don’t mind painful…

Heads held high,
Reach for the sky,
We can’t reach,
But still we strain,
Knowing we don’t mind the pain…

Flowers in the window sill,
When pretty times,
Are standing still,
As we are still,
Always still,
So very still…

Like the moss on ancient trees,
The smiles we use to please,
The make-up,
The dresses,
So many dresses,
Tight little clasps,
On so many dresses…

So many hours spent,
Trying to get,
Skinny waists,
So many hours spent,
Away from home,
Never home,
Missing home…

Ribs showing,
Camera men,
Happy men,
Smiling men,
Watching men….

Must be lovely,
Never ugly,
Only lovely,
For everybody,
Who is watching,
Always watching,
Never stopping,
They are watching me…

We steal lovely,
From the flowers,
From the world,
We steal lovely,
From the innocence,
Of little girls…

We want to be lovely,
Many ribs showing,
We are lovely,
We are fading,
Like wilted petals,
On a lovely rose…

This is just so, so amazing! I could really feel the sort of strain, almost anguish that characterises the voice of the poem. It really brings the message home, and you've used beautiful imagery.
