Pain is bright red
Like hot lava burning through your skin
I see the volcano, getting ready to explode
I hear people screaming “Help!” “Help!”
I smell the burning ash, slowly falling to the ground
I touch the rock hard volcano, I take my hand away as it burns me
And I begin to realize,
Pain is part of life
