Cold Creek

Water flowing free,
off the moss covered rock,
splashing down into the clear blue pool,
that provides a place for life to thrive.
Sucker fish and perch swimming,
birds hopping on the rocks,
water spiders and horse flies buzzing,
and squirrels rustling in the leaves.
All is peaceful and calm.
Sunshine sprinkled around,
by the leaves of the immense oak trees.
All creatures living in harmony around the waterfall.
