Every time I see the scars
I want to cry
The pain,
The suffering,
Of the person
Who did this to them selves
When I look back,
I see why I did it too.
The reasons,
The regrets.
And that’s why I care
For this person
And the fact that
I love him
Makes it worse
When I see the scars
