Chaotic silence
In a mind of tangled wires
Knotted thread
And overgrown weeds
No words spoken
But the noise is overbearing
Loud and obnoxious
Complex and analytical thoughts
Weave in and out
Above and below
Numb and merky
Thoughts come slow
Yet too fast to comprehend
Searching and searching
For what, I don't know
Neverending process
Of chaotic silence

By the way, the reason I chose "Still Waters Run Deep" as my title is because it is an idiom that means "quiet people are often deep thinkers". This poem takes a look inside a quiet person's head ;)
