You left this earth abruptly
Without even taking a moment to say goodbye
This is the reason why we cry
Because you took the easy way out
But living is what life is all about
And no matter what anyone may say
We’ll never stop loving you the same way
This was the way that things were supposed to be
Your body buried under a tall tree
It’s nothing easy to bear
But no one ever said that life was going to be fair.
