Wish Upon a Star

I go outside its late at night,
but the moon is hiding but the stars are bright.
One star sparkles more than all the rest
and I decide that star is the best.
I close my eyes and wish with all my might,
but my wish is a secret that I hold tight.
If I tell my wish it won’t come true,
but if you lucky I’ll tell you.
