Who am I?

References of my past my spine shiver,
No connection to the present.
So many changes, just to appeal to other people, but I am not satisfied.
This hunger for knowledge of my current state of being.
Redemption makes its way to my life painfully slow.
So many regrets shape my character.
Few memories break the cloudy sky, to reveal sunlight.
Who am I?
Why is my identity such a blur?
Answers are nowhere to be found.
When will I find out who I am and what was I meant for?
