Why is it our world flips things?
On this question my thought rings.

Something that was so sacred
Now seems to be marked red.
Looked down upon for remaining pure,
Know the truth is the only cure

When did sex come before the wedding?
It is put into a completely different setting.
This makes it seem okay
To let your feelings get in the way.

Why is it flipped?
Something so beautiful
Is now considered dull.
The sincerity of it is completley ripped.

Virginity was highly regarded.
What has this world started?
Changing that around,
They barely even make a sound.

What was intended for married lovers
Is degraded and swept under minor covers.
Of course it is great
But God intended for us to wait

It now seems too late
As this world changes its fate.
So why is it flipped?
The beauty of it all ripped.

Wow. I completely agree with all these things, and I wonder the same. You need to post this where the rest of the world can see it and maybe they'll actually get a grasp on the real world. Maybe.
