We're driving down on the freeway
The windows rolled up cause it's chilly
He looks at me and says those words that melt all the fear away
He whispers in my ear and says

Don't worry dear
I'm the boat floating away with the ocean breaze
The wind in your hair
The sand at your feet
The smile apon your face

As I'm walking home I think I need
to get away from this
I can lick my lips and still taste his kiss

Don't worry dear
I'm the boat floating away with the ocean breaze
The wind in your hair
The sand at your feet
The smile apon your face

I know in my heart what's best for me but
you won't let me see
I just want you near but
you seem so far away with fear

Don't worry dear
I'm the boat floating away with the ocean breaze
The wind in your hair
The sand at your feet
The smile apon your face

I wrote this in the middle of the night. I couldn't sleep and this kept poping in my head. I think it could be a song. Let me know what you think<3
