I tried flying,
but my wings were clipped away.
I tried flying,
it brought me where I am today.
I tried flying,
but you took apart of me away.
I tried flying,
hoping your soul would reflect in me.
I tried flying,
knowing you were becoming weak.
I tried flying,
for the truth I must seek.
I tried flying,
Hoping that all the people were lying
when they told me she needed me because she was dying.
I tried flying,
but I fell to the ground.
I tried flying,
and suddenly I was found.
