It must twist
Like a curling demon
In your sole
It must kill
Because I admit in my heart
It's making a hole
It must burn
Like a wild fire
Leaving a trail of only ugly
It must cry
Like a little girl in the night
As her drunken father smiles smugly
It must shine
The a blackening sun
That outshines all other feelings and leaves need
It must hurt
Like that horrible thing
What I like to call wanting to please
