Sometimes,
I don’t treat things like I should.

Sometimes,
I make a big deal out of something small.

Maybe that’s what pushed you away.
Maybe that’s why you didn’t want to stay.

It took you walking out of my life
To understand what I need to do.

Maybe I was too emotional.
Maybe I was immature.
But I would have changed everything.
That I know for sure.

I realize now what the deal is.
I have to do what I need to do.

I need to work on myself.
Live my life as it comes.

Maybe when I grow,
We can try it again.
I’ll try not to put on a show.
