Who? Nobody.
Who?
If I died tonight, who would really care?
Who would lie awake at night, and cry themselves asleep?
Who would say what a loss, and go crazy worrying?
Who would wish they'd cared more, and let regret take over?
Who would say "She never knew," and spend their life remembering?
Who would say "I never knew," and spend their life wondering?
Nobody
The answer is NOBODY!
That's who, Nobody would care,
Nobody would lie awake at night,
Nobody would cry themselves asleep,
Nobody would consider it a loss,
just a gain of space,
Nobody would worry,
to them I'm just a waste of time,
Nobody would wish they'd cared more,
because they don't know how to care,
Nobody would let regret take over,
they have no regrets,
Nobody would think of my obliviousness,
there was never any love there,
Nobody would be remembering,
there would be nothing to remember,
Nobody would say they never knew,
this poem is proof they do,
Nobody would be wondering anything,
it would be a waste of time,
Nobody'd spend their life in grief,
instead, they'd be perfectly happy
