Lies

Spin me a web
oh so pretty
but making a skicky mess.
See the hurt and pain
that lies within
all of the layers
as they spin round and round.
Now it's too late
the damage is done
I have landed in in my own trap
stuck in my own web
along with others hurt.
Wait for the breeze to come and blow it all away.
Maybe this time I'll learn
and spin a tale of truth rather than an ugly web of lies.
