Surrounded

I look around an am surrounded
Anger and laughter slips through the air
Lies here,
Whispers there.
You never know when they're
Being true or fake
A friend,
An enemy- which is the case?
I feel blind
No longer can I see what's real
I feel deaf
No longer can i hear the truth
I feel alone
No longer can i stand by someone near.
I cannot anymore even trust my own self
The rumors overtake my souls free-filled self
Please oh some one,
I need help.
I look around and am surrounded
