A leader is like a Sheppard a Sheppard that tends the sheep. The sheep follow the Sheppard like ducklings follow their mother. Where would we be if we didn’t have a leader? How would we know how to eat, drink or even speak? If we didn’t have a leader or someone to look up to we wouldn’t know how to be people.

Very true. I love the analogy of a shepard, it reminds me of Jesus and we are all sheep.
