Fall to Pieces

My rights signed away,
Like a drifting thought.
My mind giving in,
It's so very distraught.

I don't understand,
Why I want this to be,
This need to be broken,
This need not to be free.

The reasons confusing,
Not clear at all.
How did I get here?
I no longer stand tall.

I cower and wait,
To hide in your arms,
To stay in your darkness,
And fall for your charms.

As much as I hate,
To know this, it's true.
Nothing else matters,
Nothing, but you.

But what am I,
In all of this mess?
Will I just have to take it?
Should I start thinking less...?

My love is forever...
My love is for you...
It's not going anywhere...
If only you knew...

The author's comments:
Inspired by my love...it is slightly depressing...though I stated that it is fiction, do know that alot of what happened to me, what happens to me, inspired this poem.
