Who I Am This work has been published in the Teen Ink monthly print magazine.

I want to meet myself on thestreet
Shake my hand and go for coffee
Get to know who I am
Everythingabout me
How was my day? What have I been doing?
What kind of person have Igrown up to be?
Am I funny, boring? Kind or cruel?

I might walk pastmyself in the city
Be another anonymous stranger
One who hasn't made adifference
What if I am one of those people I've passed?
What if I diehaving never known who I am?
Will anyone else know? Will my story betold?

If I lived in the country
Would I have a better chance
Offinding out who I am?
Or if I travel the world
Meet people in othercities
Will any of them know who I am?

Will anyone ever beme?
