        I hear thevoices              calling me...
"Come to me" they sing          chanting mesmerizing lullabies that
court me into a bubbly trance

Wallet eager to open        money ready to flee...
My eyes linger                          in exalted admiration among the racks
Glisteningthrough are magnificent burgundies and violets

Shades not yet acquired    styles not yet known ...
A trend to be had                      my greedy fingers
                grab inhurried chaos

Weighed down by beauty  I stumble into the cages...
Zipping by                             time passes quickly
Clothes are strewn all about themirrored room

My mind begins to tremble  as I attempt to choose what toadopt ...
Finally                                        I escape the asylum
In turtle fashion I beginon the obstructed path to the robbers

Quickly I make my way       around thehomeless objects ...
Eager to take                            every new possession
I throw down thecontaminated green waste and unwillingly scan the area

Finally I am free!                        The spell is lifted ...
I have successfully                 escaped. Mostly intact
Onlyone thing is missing, those dirty old bills

In their place                a pair ofboot-leg jeans and beige gloves ...
I continue to walk                  through thecorridors
                        and I hear them ...
