aht color is my life today?
Black

For the abyss

That is my soul.
What color is my life today?
Red
For the streams

Flowing from my arms.
What color is my life today?
Grey
For the endless expanse

Of rainclouds

In the sky.
What color is my life today?
Black

For the blade

That cuts my flesh.
What color is my life today?
Red
For the burning desire

For oblivion.
What color is my life today?
Grey
For my long dead

Dreams.
What color is my life today?
Black

For the empiness

That is my life.
What color is my life today?
Red
For my pool

Of crimson sorrow.
What color is my life today?
Grey
For the dwindling

Pain.
What color is my life today?
Black

For the long tunnels

Down which I walk

Towards the light.
What color is my suicide?
Red
For my stream

Of scarlet freedom.

The author's comments:
In case you haven't noticed (yeah right) this poem is really dark. Thus I was really really depressed but the good thing is that this poem ranks right up in the top ten. Anyway I was attempting to put togather how my day was and wound up saying "What color is my life today?" DING!

Its better to ask and sound stupid than not to ask and stay that way
