The Way I Feel, The Way You Don't Care

i take it i'm sick
my tummy hurts like hell
i taste blood
i feel hunger
but i cant eat or drink to satisfy
all my symptoms began when i said
those fatal words
i want u back
and its only been a couple hours
plz dont take this at weekness
dont take pity upon me
i dont need or want it
just turn ur face
let me cry in peace
