legs of jelly
humming birds heart
cement mixer belly
and thats only the start

shivers and goose bumps
tingles up my spine
i try not to blush
but i wish they were mine

trying to talk
but my voice is stuck
they turn around
and i try not to look

i want to go and hide
my face is bright red
so i run away
and miss what they have said

when i turn around
my heart skips a beat
they're standing right there
so i look at my feet

when i look up
i dont like what i see
they are frowning and they just say
'excuse me'

i move out of the way
and in my sorrow
i promise myself
ill say something tommorow
