Just a Dream

Sometimes it gets too tough
Love is not enough
My mind starts to go crazy
Thinking about you baby
The sounds need to stop
My ears might pop
I could scream
Is this just a dream?
Tears ran down my face
It seems they were falling into place
I can’t sleep at night
When I know nothing’s right
Will this ever end
Me being a pretend
I could scream
Is this just a dream?
If I close my eyes
Will there be a surprise
If I give our love another try
Would it in in a cry?
I can’t even see
How we were meant to be
I could scream
But I know this is just a dream

This poem sounds like a cross between pop and country. It could be a song. Once again - good use of imagry and passion.
