he put his wings on and got in the car
he left me there while he went afar
my body was so sore from the heart ache he made
so there in the kitchen
on the floor
I laid
my body hurt from waiting so long
I decided to get up and move on
I could feel his touch from time to time
through sickness and in health he'd always be mine
I got up every day and made my tea
I could feel him there
sitting with me
my morning run was like every day
until the car came my way
the lights shone through the morning dawn
and there I lay in a lawn
the grass was cold and the sun cold to
finally I could see you
from life to life and heart to heart
til death.....he said,do us part
