The leaves crunch beneath my feet
I feel the
Uncertainty

Leaving the
Unknown
Looking for the
Known

Life fell from
The sky at me
Leaving me no choice

Journeys are
Surprising
Un expecting

People watch us
I walk away
Waiting for me
To look back

They chose that life
They did nothing to
Change
They wanted
Life given to
Them
Not earned

To them I am just another
Being
But they would never
Understand
Comprehend

The meaning of life jumps
At you
Screams at you
Telling-this is the right way

But not many hear it
Not many choose to listen or
Care

People want everything in
Return for nothing
They gave
Nothing
Yet they want
Everything

Understanding
Hearing the leaves crack
I wait and listen for
Life to scream
Jump at me
Waiting for help
Which way-this or that

People stop and stare
Trying to comprehend
But can't
Wanting to

But failing
The uncertainty leads me
But now I'm leaving the
Known
And reaching the
Unknown

Sloane,

This is great work. It is unpredictable which is good. I think you have a calling in the arts.
