the trees are alight with wisper,
the water a gurgaling mass,
the wind with its howling rage,
the sun is soon to pass,

slender beems of days last light,
graze the endge of the earth,
knowing this,
the sky gives birth,

a silver orb dances in the air,
does royalty lie this high?
but soon it is to all say goodbye,
as out comes days first light,
pushing back the prince of night.

you may interpret this poem any way you like, but it is about nature. its telling about how the sun goes down, the moon up, then the sun rises again. i just like sunrises and sets. hope you liked the poem.
