Puppy dog eyes
They mirror the sky
It's no surprise
I want you

Your mouth agape
Teeth so white
You can't escape
I want you

You speak to me
A voice so deep
I'm sure you see
I want you

Our eyes are locked
The tension's high
You can't high
I want you

Your face I'll miss
And as you leave
One final kiss
I want you

I will make it brief
We cannot be
Perfection finds grief
I'll never have you

This is about lost love, and the helplessness felt because of it.
