I will stand up
Watching natures strife
lead into the forest
by the wild
I’ll search for life
Show me why
The autumn fires
Can’t take everything away
I will stand up tall
On the stumps of what where once trees
And listen to the sounds of what once were
Knowing they can come back and stay
Trail over me clouds
give me shade
Cry your tears,
Don’t mind me standing here
Let your rain
Heal what once lived
Let your pain
Nurture and give
