Broken Seams

So is this us? Are we really here again...
torturing our selves again
we are ripping seams
falling apart yet again
Is this all were meant to be?
we're just a mess of broken seams.
Why must we lie to ourselves?
They never seem to get us anywhere
we're moving in reverse
rewriting memories
that are now cursed.
why does it seem that all we mend
just falls apart again
why do we still try?
why hold on to insignificant little things?
why don't we just walk away.
leave this recurring pain,
Find some peace
Somewhere far away from our once
significant other.
