This World

This world we desecrate
Our lives are fueled by hate
Some overcompensate
But most just sit and wait
Because of this I lie awake
All the choices we could make
we're perverse, all we do is take
Our solutions are simply fake
I'm not an idealist, but i will try to fix this
Why do we keep falling, leaving those in need crawling.
