Let's Go to the Mall

Just stroll in the mall
You insufferable fools
And drool over empty tactility
Pretty colors are more than enough to distract
While your minds are reduced to nihility

Who needs a brain?
You can leave it at home!
There's no use for that baggage in here
Thoughts wear you down
They're the reason you frown
Consciousness: overrated, my dear

The author's comments:
Rest assured - I am not really this cynical. I just thought the extremity to be a tad amusing.
