The world falls silent,
and take your hand.
Together we will take the path
that will lead to our destiny.
But I can't help this feeling,
that slowly twists my heart.
There's a question that I'm holding in..:
Will the meaning be lost if I confess?
Will the passion lose its hold?
Will we ever be the same?
Heartbeats matched as one.
Our journey has just begun.
Along the roads of uncertainty we fly as one.
And I know the answers now.
Yes, I can finally see.
The meaning will grow.
Passions ignite until we are consumed by the burn of each other.
And we will surely change, but it's a change that is for the best.
So take me as I am, for only with you can I fly above these rugged lanes.
We will not fall to to the fate of Romeo and Juliet.
Our love will shadow even Montagues and Capulets.
So take this path tonight. (take this path tonight)
Take this path tonight(The world so silent..just hold my hand)
Take our path tonight (Destiny so sweet let's fly)
We will take the path tonight.

This piece was originally a song for a band, but after we fell apart, I kept it as a poem.

Thanks. I enjoyed the piece. It can be interpreted in many ways, and I like that.

Love never dies a natural death. It dies because we don't know how to replenish its source. It dies of blindness and errors and betrayals. It dies of illness and wounds; it dies of weariness, of witherings, of tarnishings.

This poem is very intriguing! I very much enjoyed reading it!
