I can’t believe in all of these fairytales
That you’ve been telling since I was a little girl.
Hard to believe you who stand so upright and tall
Could be so crooked and warped underneath it all.
Santa picked up and he said to me
“Don’t ask the questions and I won’t tell you the lies.”

Don’t be afraid, it’s just all in your head
We are obeyed, nothing more is said.
Look what you’ve done, now you’ve ruined our fun.
The mannequins said that you were the one.

I can’t believe in all of these fairytales
That you’ve been telling since I was a little girl.
Santa picked up and he said to me
“Don’t ask the questions and I won’t tell you the lies.”

Running so fast that the daylight I passed
They said to run, but they’d always be faster
Twenty-four hours then the mannequin asked
What do you do when the clock is your master?
I can’t believe in all of these fairytales
That you’ve been telling since I was a little girl.
Hard to believe you who stand so upright and tall
Could be so crooked and warped underneath it all.
Santa picked up and he said to me
“Don’t ask the questions and I won’t tell you the lies.”
“Don’t ask the questions and I won’t tell you the lies.”
