Too early for it to last long,
Too reckless to take it seriously.

Too afraid of getting hurt,
Too obedient to your parents,
Too proud to face rejection.

Too ignorant to care,
Too confident to try,
Too forgetful to keep promises.

Too practical to see worth,
Too independent to need others,
Too arrogant to find a lover.

I like it! It's like you're listing all the reasons not to have a relationship or something. Also, I like how you start every line with "Too". Keep on writing!

Wow that was REALLY good!!!!!! I liked it a lot. It was simple but completely true. ~If you wouldn't mind checking out some of my work as well, they have a [what i think] somewhat similar inspiration as this one~ overall it was really great!!!
