My Friend
She used to be a sweet girl;
everyone loved her.
But now she sits in the corner with her head down,
hair covering her face.
She told me, “No one understands me!”
Her friends left her ashamed,
family, disappointed.
But now she can’t fix it.
She is in the hospital,
overdosed on drugs.
The doctors tried their best;
to help her wake up from a coma.
But nothing would help her,
so they pulled the plugs.
A girl who was lost with her feelings,
was now lost forever.
