All You

My smile like candy
I think of daggers
Piercing the fakeness
Oh if you only knew
What I really though
Ha! You’d drop
Where you stood.
I feel the sticky sweetness
Of insecurity and the need
To fit in
It sickens me
Like a kid on Halloween
Your lips like suckers,
The grape kind
That I don’t like,
Return my smile
I hold back a gagging noise
Are you thinking
Of sharp things towards me too?
Just say it
I’d love to hear what you think,
Not what you think to say.
And that’s the difference
Between you and I.
