I Can't Remember
A sudden whiff of your scent teases my nose.
The flashing shadow intriges me.
I feel so small, I can't keep up.
What once was is so unclear now.
Uncertain beauty attacks my thoughts
Constantly tearing through these blinders and barriers accomplish nothing.
Running so fast but getting no where.
When I close my eyes, I can't help but to get a bitter smile.
I can see you but just as a simple blur.
An outer frame of unfinished artwork.
Who are you?
Someone once so significant....
Going in circles disheartens me
I have no hope so you will remain a ghost,
haunting the corners of my mind.
