Get Serious
You think that school is just a game
Full of people, pencils, and paper;
But to think so you should be ashamed
And no one could be thicker.
You do not hear the books calling
Or essays wailing in the night.
All you hear is cell phones buzzing,
Not hearing the homework’s plight.
So study hard you foolish child
If you think life is just a game.
For High School is anything but mild,
Nothing could be more plain.
