I sit in my room
Thinking of the one I lost
I start to cry
I throw myself on the bed

I ask myself every night since then
"Why did I let you go that night?"
I can't close my eyes
Without seeing what happened

I see you in the car on the road
I see the cop on the side of you
I see you freak out and hide
The unopen beer bottle

You should have just kept driving
You should have come home to me
You should have thought about us
You should have thought about me

Will the people see this?
Will they see I miss you?
Will the see you aren't here?
Will they see I can't sleep?

I see you hit the tree
I see you break the windshield
I see you break the glass
I see you die right there

Do the people see this?
Do they see I miss you?
Do they see you are gone?
Do they see I loved you?

I love you
I loved you
I hate you
I hated you
I miss you
But do you miss me?

For the people that read this I will tell you that this is very real. This is a poem I wrote about my Uncle Jaime who died in a car accident when I was a little girl. As you can see I miss him an awful lot. I will not tell you the story but if you read this you will get the meaning of it and what happened. This poem is near and dear to me and if you don't like it then don't read it if you do like it pleas tell me and tell me why you like it in the first place.
