It's snowing again
from the cotton trees
and their white seeds
flow down the stream.
But it's been
a sleep filled with dreams
and my real things begin to fall.
Making room for a ladder to the sky,
and if I get there,
if I get there I will let you up.
A blue sky
with nothing to fill at all but
this must end.
Untie yourself from that tree
and watch its drift flow down
down the hill.
We're on the ground now, water's close
you can hear it roll
don't let things fall.
It's snowing again
from the cotton trees
and their white seeds
flow down the stream.
It's been a sleep filled with dreams
