We will conquer this storm.
Let the others weep, let the others mourn.
The loss of this love isn't the end.
Picking up the pieces and starting over to mend.
Together we can do this.
In the beginning it was a hit or miss.
That's what they all said,
“In twenty or thirty years well be dead.”
We both know that
But, one thing won't change,
Our love has an infinite range.


The author's comments:
This piece was inspired by a very famous poet named Edgar Allan Poe and I'm basing my poem off his poem, A Dream Within a Dream.
